Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic, professional and energetic team who are passionate about providing the best possible experience for Nine’s visitors, executives and employees. You will be the first point of contact for calls coming into Nine, and for meeting and greeting all visitors.
Day to day you will:
- Greet and direct guests in a timely and professional manner
- Assist The news Team to collate and update archive stories.
- Receive and direct phone calls from clients, viewers, vendors and news sources in a professional manner in accordance with Nine guidelines, policies and procedures
- Manage various email inboxes and responding promptly and accurately
- Manage and processing invoices
- Maintain and update records, including visitors, prospective client details, staff lists, rosters and delivery dockets
- Connect Publicity radio interviews
- Make bookings for Executive meeting rooms, according to guidelines
- Maintain clean and organised meeting rooms and associated work spaces
- Keep in regular contact with EA's and all Receptionists to ensure relevant information is passed on
- Ad Hoc duties including travel bookings and assisting with client functions
This role will be part time from 10-3pm Monday through to Friday.
